First Pakistan Postage stamp

On July 9, Pakistan’s first postage stamp is issued. So,  first ever postage stamp of Pakistan was issued on 9th July 1948 including the motif of the crescent and star including a leafy pattern. This special postage stamp was composed by the well known Pakistani artist A.R. Chaugtai & was approved by Quaid-i-Azam.
